End days are near: Nortec Collective presents Bostich + Fussible have announced that their forthcoming album Motel Baja will be their final release. Motel Baja is the third and final installment of the widely-respected “Border Trilogy” albums, which included Tijuana Sound Machine and Bulevar 2000. The album, which will count on collaborations with Tom Tom Club, Atom of Señor Coconut, and Wolfgang Flur of Kraftwerk, is scheduled to drop on September 16th, or Mexican Independence Day.

“After this, Nortec is done,” explains Fussible. “There will be no more Nortec. This is the last album.”
