Dominican, Miami-based DJ/producer Happy Colors quickly reached yet another career milestone as he was in the mix for Mad Decent label boss Diplo‘s “Diplo and Friends” program for BBC Radio 1. A leading producer of moombahton’s second wave as well as someone adept at blending organic Latin sounds into modern and bass-heavy dance expectations, his hour-long mix featured 14 of his own originals and remixes. This mix also features works from the likes of reggaeton innovator DJ Blass, as well as legendary artists Tego Calderon, Don Omar and Ivy Queen were also featured.
