Over the past few months, Pixar and Disney have been fueling the hype for their new film Coco, tapping an all-star team of cultural consultants, composers, and musicians to realize the production, including fan favorites like Lalo Alcaraz and Mexican Insitute of Sound’s Camilo Lara. Three weeks ago, it was revealed that R&B singer Miguel and beloved Mexican icon Natalia Lafourcade would join forces for a rendition of the film’s signature song “Remember Me.”

The unexpected collab finally saw the light today, and though it’s not the collision of tortured R&B and indie folk we’d expect, it’s a good fit for the Disney soundtrack. Miguel brings his warm, silky harmonies and Natalia coos over a playful guitar riff.

The song is accompanied by a cute animated lyric video, which you can watch below:

“Remember Me” appears on the U.S. edition of the Coco soundtrack, which you can pre-order on iTunes here before it drops on November 10 via Walt Disney Records. Coco has a special Latin American edition of the soundtrack, which features a handful of different artists, including La Santa Cecilia; that version is available digitally now.

Coco opens in Mexican theaters today and in the United States on November 22.
