This week, the CNCO fandom — known as CNCOwners— received one of the most exciting announcements of the band’s career: the boys will be starring in a new show, 4EVER, produced exclusively for Disney+. The five-episode series will be released first in Latin America later this year, and other Disney+ markets will follow thereafter.

Disney+ Latinoamerica shared the announcement on Feb. 3, saying: “They know what it means to fulfill a dream. That is why the boys of @CNCOmusic are the perfect protagonists for #4EVER, a new original miniseries. Coming very soon to Disney+”

The new original mini-series, 4 EVER, has just begun production in Miami. It centers around four boys, Andy (Christopher Vélez), Ian (Richard Camacho), Ciro (Zabdiel De Jesús), and Darío (Erick Brian Colón), who meet at a restaurant. They discover that a valuable guitar has just disappeared from a local music shop. In order to find the guitar and return it back to the owner, the four guys create a band.

According to Deadline, each character has a specific personality, complicating their mission to come together: Andy is a demanding perfectionist, Ciro is aloof, and Dario is a sensitive romantic. However, their passion for music and desire to succeed is what cements their tight bond.

As everyone knows, the CNCOwners are one of the most passionate fans in the fandom space, so their reactions to this announcement were full of celebration.

Now, how did this Twitter user find a picture of us when we read this announcement?

It’s good to know we weren’t the only ones surprised by the announcement. Another fan shared their surprise at the announcement, tweeting: “How does CNCO have a Disney+ miniseries and I just found out?”

One user reposted a photo of a set photo with name tags for Becerra’s character, Francisco, with the caption: “It’s so beautiful to see “CNCO” next to Disney+”

CNCO still plans to continue their music during the Disney+ series, with their latest release “Party, Humo, y Alcohol” marking a new era for the band as a foursome.

We can’t wait to watch 4EVER and see our favorite Latine boy band continue to succeed in 2022.
