Yes, you read that correctly: Bizarrap’s latest music session unseated Harry Styles for the top spot in the chart. Spanish artist Quevedo and the Argentinian producer’s “Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 52” currently sits at No. 1 on Spotify’s global top 50 chart ahead of the viral sensation “As It Was.” The track also climbed to No. 3 on Spotify’s top songs global weekly chart.

Bizarrap’s latest single featuring the Canarian singer has racked up nearly 77 million streams since it came out on July 6. After its release, the song had more than 2.5 million streams in Spain within 24 hours, breaking the record for the most listened-to song in a day.

“Number one in the world on Spotify,” Bizarrap posted about the celebratory moment on Instagram. “Quevedo, thank you brother for being a part of this, I can’t believe it.”

On the three-minute record, Quevedo raps over an upbeat tempo about a fun night out with someone he can’t get out of his mind. No doubt, the perfect song for summer. The music video for the hot track also sits at No. 3 on Youtube’s global top music video chart.

This track comes a month after Bizarrap released his last collaboration with Villlano Antillano with “BZRP Music Sessions, Vol. 51,” yet another track that fans still have on replay.

This is one of the latest achievements for Quevedo, who was recently named Spotify’s latest global RADAR artist. The program, launched in 2020, promotes emerging artists and supports them with marketing and editorial content. As a result, Quevedo was featured in its “On the Radar” playlist and in a mini-documentary

In the meantime, Quevedo is preparing for multiple performances in Aug., including at the Arenal Sound Festival, BOOMBASTIC Fuengirola, and the Xacabeo Festival.
