After Bad Bunny mentioned Belinda in a few of his songs, the two artists finally collided last night at his “No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí” show (Aug. 24). Belinda joined the superstar at his residency in Puerto Rico, and they shared a bit of perreo.
Bad Bunny is a longtime Belinda fan. After revealing a photo of himself as a child with the Cómplices Al Rescate soundtrack, he mentioned Belinda’s characters Mariana and Silvana in “VOU 787.” The Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana album included a second Belinda reference when Bad Bunny named her directly in “Perro Negro” featuring Feid. After that, she responded by name dropping Bad Bunny in her own song “La Cuadrada” featuring Tito Double P.
Belinda and Bad Bunny had never met in person until last night. He invited the Spanish-Mexican pop star to be a special guest at his residency in San Juan. Belinda was tasked with one of the most important moments of the night. Leading up to Bad Bunny’s performance of “VOY A LLeVARTE PA PR,” she filled El Coliseo with her grito of “¡Acho, PR es otra cosa!”
Belinda also partied hard in la casita with a few of her friends. She danced and sang along to Bad Bunny’s performance with Tokischa and Sebastián Yatra, who she will collaborate with next. Bad Bunny and Belinda then got down to some perreo when he performed “Perro Negro.” They were especially grinding on each other when he sang, “You make them crazy like Belinda.”

Belinda also took a few pictures with Bad Bunny backstage. While in Puerto Rico, she will film the music video for her upcoming collaboration with Yatra as well. This past year, Belinda has experienced a career resurgence thanks to her album Indómita and starring in Amazon Prime’s Mentiras, La Serie. She recently revealed that she has another collaboration cooking with Danna and Kenia Os.
