Is Belinda Dating Bad Bunny? Here’s What She Said

After Bad Bunny and Belinda were spotted sharing a perreito, their fans began to speculate that there might be something more between the stars. But now, the Spanish-Mexican pop icon has recently addressed the dating rumors with Benito.
Bad Bunny’s history with Belinda goes way back. It all started when the Puerto Rican shared a photo from his childhood, when he got the Cómplices Al Rescate soundtrack for Christmas. Belinda played the characters Mariana and Silvana on the children’s telenovela. Bad Bunny has since referenced the singer and actress in many of his songs. His 2023 album, Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana, includes the song “Vou 787,” in which he mentions the twin characters. Belinda was then name-dropped directly on a second song from the LP, “Perro Negro” featuring Feid. She later returned the favor and mentioned Bad Bunny in her song “La Cuadrada” featuring Tito Double P.
Bad Bunny and Belinda finally met in person last week at his “No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí” residency in Puerto Rico. In addition to saying the iconic “¡Acho, PR es otra cosa!” line, Belinda also danced with Bad Bunny in la casita. When he sang the line that mentions her in “Perro Negro,” the two artists got very close when they grinded on each other.
The hot-and-heavy moment during the concert ignited rumors of a possible romance between Belinda and Bad Bunny. When a Bad Bunny fan account on Instagram insinuated that, Belinda reportedly sent them a DM to set the record straight. “I believe this post is in bad taste,” Belinda reportedly wrote in the message. “Bad Bunny is a colleague of mine and I want to ask you to please remove this post that could incite hate.”
There may not be anything romantic going on between Bad Bunny and Belinda, but maybe there could be a chance they collaborate on music in the future. Bad Bunny’s next residency show takes place on Aug. 29.
