Calling all Kuchis! Kali Uchis is leaving her mark on national television. On Sept. 10, the Colombian-American pop star premiered her new Spanglish doo-wop single, “Cry about it!” featuring Panamanian-American singer Ravyn Lenae on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. The new song is part of her upcoming deluxe album Sincerely, P.S., due on Sept. 26.
“thank u Jimmy Fallon for allowing me to debut this song here & thank you @ravynlenae for joining me with your angelic self,” the singer-songwriter wrote on an Instagram story, followed by a photo of her and Lenae at the late-night television studio.
Kali is currently on her The Sincerely, Tour, taking her to arenas throughout the U.S. On The Tonight Show, she brought her tour’s sheer pink aesthetic to national television, living out her ballerina musical jewelry box fantasy. The performance showcased her in a jewelry box ambiance with two tiptoeing ballerina dancers on each side. She performed the new song in front of a mirror and under pink lighting, sharing the spotlight with Lenae during her verse. Produced by Spencer Stewart and herself, “Cry about it!” features elements of doo-wop and R&B with oldies flair. It is part of her ongoing tour’s setlist.
Social media users are praising the new song and performance. A YouTube user, @staypimpn, wrote: “This is definitely Kali Uchis best television performance to date!! I love you Ravyn 🥹 my two favs!!!” Another YouTube user, @juvenxl.r, commented: “Performance was amazing and the feature is greattt.”

Kali’s The Sincerely, Tour continues with two back-to-back performances at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY (Sept. 11 to 12). Her upcoming performances include stops in Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, Denver, San Jose, and more.
