Bad Bunny is having a big night at the 2025 Latin Grammys (Nov. 13). In addition to his multiple gramophone wins, the Puerto Rican juggernaut also took the stage to perform “WELTITA” alongside Chuwi.
Bad Bunny has steadily racked up Latin Grammy wins since first breaking into the Latine music scene in 2017, marking an ascent that has reshaped el movimiento and global pop. Tonight, he added three more major honors to his name, winning Best Urban Song for “DTMF,” as well as Best Urban Music Album and Album of the Year for Debí Tirar Más Fotos, widely considered three of the night’s most consequential categories. All three awards underline his continued dominance and artistic evolution, reinforcing the influence he holds within the Latine landscape and beyond.
During the ceremony, Bad Bunny delivered one of the evening’s most talked-about moments when he proudly spotlighted Puerto Rico, performing alongside Puerto Rican band Chuwi. Together, they delivered a powerful rendition of “WELTITA,” one of the standout tracks from Debí Tirar Más Fotos, which also took home the coveted Album of the Year. The performance highlighted the deep cultural pride that has always shaped his work. Chuwi was a fixed special guest during Benito’s residency shows in Puerto Rico.
Looking ahead, the global superstar is already gearing up for another historic milestone as he is scheduled to headline the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show in February 2026. Bad Bunny is also starting the DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS World Tour on Nov. 21 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The tour will take him to Latin America, Europe, Australia, and Japan—but not the mainland U.S.
