Rosie Perez is starring in a new ad for Calvin Klein with BTS’s Jung Kook!
Throughout her career, Perez has proudly represented the Boricua women of New York City in film. In 1994, she was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Fearless. Perez has also starred in iconic movies like Do the Right Thing, It Could Happen to You, and The Take.
Now she is being tapped by Calvin Klein to promote the brand’s Spring 2026 denim campaign with Jung Kook of BTS.
Perez plays a record store owner who sees Jung Kook enter her store and start listening to music. Every record that the BTS singer listens to inspires him to execute different choreography that fits the vibe.
“Just so you know, this is a record store, not a dance floor,” Perez quips to Jung Kook. After he finally leaves the shop, she says, “There you go… weirdo.”
Perez shared the campaign on her IG with the caption: “YAY!!! 🙌🔥So freaking excited to be part of this @calvinklein #ad campaign! Thank you so much to everyone!@mnijungkook is so adorable!”
The Calvin Klein ad was shot and directed by Mert Alas. Perez will next star in Spike Lee’s Highest 2 Lowest, which will be released to theaters on August 15. BTS also recently announced a world tour that will take place over the next two years, including stops in Latin America.
