On Sunday (March 21), Ana de Armas posted a selfie to her Instagram story that sent her fans spiraling. The selfie shows the actress posing with one hand behind her head, but also displays the half of a heart necklace that she wore when she was dating Ben Affleck, which immediately had fans asking questions.

The pair met while they were filming Deep Water in late 2019 where the play husband and wife. The relationship was confirmed by all the snaps the couple was captured in when they were quarantining together in de Armas’ native Cuba in March 2020. But, by January 2021, after dating for nearly a year, the couple called it quits. The duo has not gone public with the reason for the break up but sources have stated that it was a timing issue.
A few hours after the Knives Out actress posted the selfie, she uploaded another story that directly addressed any speculation that she had gotten back together with her ex.

The uploaded post is a dark screen with the words “No,” “NOPE,” and “I don’t think so,” sending a clear message that she’s not only single, but she’s definitely not back with Affleck.
