With the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final just a few days away, Bad Bunny and Adidas Originals continue their partnership with a performance-inspired sneaker that takes fútbol off the pitch and onto the street.
The Adidas Originals Bad Bunny F50 Ghost Sprint brings a new take on the popular speed boots that have dominated fútbol fields since 2004. The low profile silhouette embraces the coexistence of performance and streetwear, bringing a classic F50 Adidas model to athletes and fans alike. While a blue “araña” cage wraps around the shoe for flexibility and stability, a flat, rubber sole points to comfort and style ready for off-pitch terrain. The F50 Ghost Sprint is also made with deconstructed mesh, a performance detail made ready to tackle the tropical heat typical of Puerto Rican summers.
When the original Adidas F50 silhouette was first introduced, it quickly became shorthand for an attacking instinct. Now, with Bad Bunny at the helm of design, the latest F50 drop takes inspiration from Puerto Rico’s Wolf Spider, known for sprinting across the forest floor to catch its prey. The colorways subtly nod to the first ever Adidas F50 of 2004, with a gradient of blues and purple shades. Style indicators unique to Bad Bunny sneakers appear across the front outer side of the toe box, including “+F50 BB” and “adidas para Bad Bunny.”
The Adidas F50 line are popular lightweight boots worn by fútbol legends including Lionel Messi, Lamine Yamal, and Mohamed Salah. The boots remain legendary for their light weight speed boot category, foot contouring technology, and attention grabbing designs.
The Bad Bunny F50 Ghost Sprint in blue will retail for $160 USD, and will be available on the CONFIRMED app and at Adidas.com/BadBunny on July 18, 2026.
