Props to whoever was able to buy the new Bad Bunny Adidas sneaker today. When the sought-after shoes went on sale this morning, they sold out in what seemed like seconds.

Adidas announced its creative partnership with Bad Bunny last week. Benito’s first collaboration with the shoe brand was “The First Café,” his unique take on the Originals Forum Buckle Low sneaker. Any eagle-eyed fans first spotted the shoe in Bad Bunny’s “Yo Visto Así” video back in November. The sneakers have the eye symbol that Bad Bunny first used on his album x 100pre.

“[Sneakers are] something that defines you and at the same time, it brings people together,” Bad Bunny said in a press release. “Ultimately, it’s what accompanies you and adds style as you walk the path you choose to take. Today, it feels great to create my own design with people who I share the same sentiment. It feels amazing knowing that my next steps will be in my own sneakers.”

Bad Bunny’s The First Café shoes went on sale this morning and fans had to sign up to enter a draw to purchase them. Seconds after signing up for the draw, most of them got a sad message: “Sorry, your entry was not successful.” The sneakers were being sold at $160.

In Benito’s native Puerto Rico fans had the opportunity to buy the shoes through the UberEats app. Adidas isn’t Bad Bunny’s first time taking on the footwear market; his collaboration with Crocs was another instant sell-out last year.
