Marc Anthony and his new wife, Nadia Ferreira, are expecting their first child together. The couple announced the big news on Valentine’s Day (February 14) via social media.
“Best Valentine’s Gift Ever!!!” Ferreira wrote in a joint Instagram post with Anthony. “Thank you, God, for this big blessing in our lives.” The photo features Ferreira’s baby bump with Anthony’s hand on it and Ferreira’s hand on his.
The announcement comes more than two weeks after Anthony and Ferreira were married at a private ceremony held at the Pérez Art Museum in Miami. It was Anthony’s fourth marriage and Ferreira’s first. This is Ferreira’s first child. She is 23 years old.
At 54, this will be Anthony’s seventh child. His other children are Arianna Muñiz and Chase Muñiz (with ex-girlfriend Debbie Rosado); Cristian Muñiz and Ryan Muñiz (with ex-wife Dayanara Torres); and Emme Muñiz and Maximilian Muñiz (with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez).
Congratulations came from everywhere online, including from other celebrities like fútbol player Romeo Beckham, beauty queen Luiseth Materán, singer José Otero and model Sofia Zamolo, who commented, “What? OMG! What a blessing! Congratulations my queen. Love you!”
Anthony and Ferreira’s relationship began around March 2022 when the couple was seen celebrating at a party together in a Greek restaurant in Mexico City. Anthony confirmed they were engaged a couple of months later when he posted a photo of himself and Ferreira on a private airplane where she was wearing an engagement ring.
With a new baby on the way, it looks like Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira’s Pomeranian Blue is going to have some major competition.
