I mean, the video already tells us what “El Niño“‘s aim is: summertime domination. Let’s see if we can help Buffetlibre out with that goal. The Barcelona-based DJ duo collaborated with UK electronica act We Have Band on this dance-floor gem off their upcoming debut LP, Songs for Elaine (June, Subterfuge). The track is wonderfully produced, textured in all the right places, moving ecstatically from one musical idea to another. It’s the kind of song that plays during those moments when you’re at the villa and all your friends are around and you remember that you’re all young and beautiful and rich and life is amazing and you’re all dressed in white and Zurich is the best. Oh, wait, that never happens to you? Well, now you can imagine it at least.
