Princess Nokia is getting into the cosmetics game. Today (Jan. 25) the singer announced the release of her collaboration NYX Cosmetics x Princess Nokia.
Princess Nokia’s fans can now pick up lip kits that she had a hand in putting together. Among the lip kits available are Cafe con Leche, Y2K Hottie, Miss Thing and Sweet Nothings.
“I am pleased to announce my Princess Nokia x NYX Cosmetics Shine Loud lip kits,” Princess Nokia wrote in an Instagram post. “As a long time lover of NYX Professional Makeup, this collection is a real dream come true. My kits are personally inspired by my signature makeup aesthetic and the beauty influences I have always drawn upon.”
According to Princess Nokia’s post, the new lip kits are for 16-hour wear and they’re transfer-proof. For her environmentally-conscious fans, the lip kits are also vegan and cruelty-free.
Princess Nokia unveiled a minute-long ad for her NYX lip kits. In the video, she puts on and wears the lip kits during a photo shoot. Her TikTok-famous song “I Like Him” plays in the background. It’s a fierce reveal to her new NYX Cosmetics collection.
Last February, the rapper released two albums, Everything Sucks and Everything is Beautiful. The former features the hit “I Like Him,” which became one of the most viral songs on TikTok in 2020.
Princess Nokia was also selected by Rihanna last year to be one of the ambassadors for her Savage x Fenty line.
