Some Artists’ Artists
A group of 23 international artists were chosen to exhibit in a group show ‘Some Artists’ Artists’ at Marian Goodman Gallery. Various artists of renown chose the collection including notable artists Gabriel Orozco and Adrián Villar Rojas. Latin American artists Mariana Telleria from Argentina, Abraham Cruzvillegas from Mexico and Wilfredo Prieto from Cuba will be showing their work. The show will give the audience a varied assortment of international ideas being paid attention to by established artists. The show is up through August 22nd.

Alternate Urban Realities by Jose Rios
It’s the last week to see Puerto Rican artist Jose Rios at the Bronx Library Center. His show ‘Alternate Urban Realities’ is a collection of found objects, prints, and masks. He considers himself a “folk artist” considering his usage of natural materials and found objects. It will be on view until Thursday July 31st.
