Mi gente, get ready to support your familia while you shop at one of America’s biggest retailers. For the first time ever they are releasing a Latino Heritage Month collection. The collection will spotlight creators and businesses who contribute to the “multidimensionality of the Latino community.”

The Heritage Month Collection is part of Target’s Más Que Hub. Oh yeah, did you know that Target has a Más Que Hub, and that it’s available year-round? There you will find a curated collection of Latine-owned brands. This includes everything from home decor to food, and of course clothing.

Think adorable Dia de Los Muertos candles from the Luis Fitch collection. Or empanadas from Cocina54

There is even a millennial loteria that was created by Mike Alfaro. Alfaro participated in the LatinXpo from Target.

Now, his product will be among those available at Target.

Both the Más Que Hub and the Heritage Month Collection will be available in all Target stores and online, with new products being added this month.

Target Senior Buyer Liz Hernandez said in a statement, “We already have so many amazing Latino-owned brands we work with that it felt natural to showcase them in an exclusive collection to further support their businesses, as well as to commission standout Latino artists to create special designs specific to this themed assortment.

While this particular Heritage Month collection is a first for the retailer, their support of our communities is not new. In the past 5 years, Target has invested more than $1.1 billion in Latine-owned suppliers and businesses.
