Antonela shared a family photo with Messi as she wished the eight-time Ballon d’Or well on his 37th birthday. The duo are unable to spend the special day together as Messi is currently away on Argentina duty for the Copa America. The Inter Miami star responded with an emotional message to his wife.

Under the Instagram post, Messi commented: “Thank you very much my life, I love you and I miss you!!!”

The Argentine World Cup winner and Antonela have been dating on and off since they were teenagers and finally tied the knot in 2017. They have three children together: Thiago, Matteo and Ciro, and Messi revealed earlier this month that he also wants a daughter to complete the family as he nears the end of his career, having won all there is to win in the sport.
