Get ready to be scared! No Me Sigas, a Spanish-language horror film from Blumhouse, is now the first Mexican production from the studio to stream exclusively on Hulu. Not just that, it is also Blumhouse’s first original Spanish-language film. Pretty cool, and a sign of more recognition and availability for what used to be niche movies for our communities.

The movie follows an aspiring influencer who is going viral for her videos of ghosts and paranormal events, and then moves into a famous haunted building. You can guess what happens next. After she starts faking seeing ghosts to gain more followers, a real evil entity decides it’s time to make its presence known. Never lie about ghosts, or real ghosts will show up, or something.

The movie was written by Ximena García Lecuona (who also wrote the screenplay for the 2022 YA rom-com Anything’s Possible) and directed by her and her brother, Eduardo Lecuona. It stars Karla Coronado, Julia Maqueo, and Yankel Stevan.

No Me Sigas was first announced at CCXP in Mexico City last year. It premiered at the Morelia International Film Festival in October 2025 and was released in Mexico at the end of the same month. No Me Sigas was shot entirely in Mexico City.
