Telemundo is bringing back the iconic Sin Senos Sí Hay Paraíso, and it’s doing so with familiar faces. The telenovela, a follow-up to Sin Senos No Hay Paraíso, had its own follow-up, titled
El final del paraíso, which was thought to be the end of the story. Not anymore.
Series icons Carmen Villalobos returns as Catalina Santana, alongside Majida Issa as Yésica Beltrán “La Diabla,” Catherine Siachoque as Hilda Santana, and Gregorio Pernía as Aurelio “Titi” Jaramillo. The show will also star Fabián Ríos, Francisco Bolívar, Estefanía Gómez, Sergio Herrera, Arturo Barba, and Elizabeth Gutiérrez, among others.
“We are thrilled to begin production on this modern and bold new chapter of such an iconic franchise,” Javier Pons, Chief Content Officer and Head of Telemundo Studios, said. “Our teams have reimagined the story with a fresh, contemporary approach that raises the stakes and heightens the emotional impact. With an extraordinary cast and world-class production, this new chapter reflects Telemundo’s commitment to delivering premium, high-energy storytelling for today’s audiences.”
The series is now filming in Colombia, and it will be set in the webcam underworld. It will feature a “high-stakes story of revenge, survival, and empowerment as Catalina Santana and her family confront a powerful criminal network.” Peace is, apparently, never long-lasting for the characters, as Catalina and Aurelio work to start fresh, far from the shadows of the past. However, when Catalina discovers that her sister is involved with a criminal organization, she’s forced to return to a world she thought she’d left behind.
“Returning to this project feels like reconnecting with a character who has deeply shaped my life and with an audience that has always supported us,” said Carmen Villalobos. “Catalina now faces bold new challenges, and I am excited to bring her into a fresh, modern chapter created for today’s viewers. I am grateful to Telemundo for their trust and hope fans embrace this new evolution of Sin Senos.”
