Be careful if you think you’ve ordered a legit Combo No. 1 at In-I-Nout in Sinaloa, Mexico. You’re likely paying for an imitation cheeseburger of the In-N-Out classic.

The fast-food In-I-Nout restaurant looks exactly like its American counterpart – from its red and yellow logo to its 1950s-style interior. Just like the American fast-food restaurant, it serves double-double burgers and French fries that are prepared just like In-N-Out’s “animal-style” fries. One thing it offers that In-N-Out doesn’t are buffalo chicken tenders, which seem like something fans might like to see on the American menu.

We’ll admit that the burgers actually look mouthwateringly good, but since there are no In-N-Out Burger joints outside of the U.S., however, In-I-Nout can’t claim to be the real thing.

According to the Los Angeles Times, an In-N-Out Burger spokesperson declined to comment “due to ongoing litigation,” which means In-N-Out representatives already know about its counterfeit competitors and are likely taking legal action against them.

There have been other imitation In-N-Out Burger restaurants that have popped up in other Mexican cities before. In Tijuana, there’s an Ench-In-Ga Burger. Sounds like a family-friendly joint, if you ask us.

There was also a restaurant called Not In-En-Out in Guadalupe, Mexico, which changed its name to Not-My-Burger.

So, if you’re in Culiacán and have a craving for an In-I-Nout burger, you better hurry because they probably won’t be around for much longer – at least with that name.
