Octavio Olivas of LA’s Ceviche Project on How To Create a Good Pop-Up Experience

Concā, the world’s first vodka Panamericano, launched in Los Angeles last month, giving us a preview of its unique flavor – a blend distilled from North American corn vodka and sugarcane vodka from Veracruz. They’ve since partnered with some of LA’s creative movers and shakers – in fields as diverse as film, food, mixology, music and art – for a video series called “Stories Con Carácter,” which takes a look at their creative process and how they’re contributing to LA’s scene.

Last week, the brand caught up with mixologist Iluggy Recinos, a born and bred Los Angeles mixologist, and in this week installment, they talk with Octavio Olivas of the Ceviche Project, whose supper club project has turned into a progressive, artful, one of a kind pop-up culinary experience. Watch to learn how Olivas went from lawyer to ceviche guru.
