These 7 Latine Fragrances Are Spring Must-Haves

Is it really spring if we’re not investing in a brand-new floral fragrance? If you’re as obsessed with fragrances as I am, then I know you are. But if you haven’t already, Remezcla’s got you covered with a list of our favorite Latine-owned, spring-forward fragrances — even if you’re not the biggest fan of florals. Whether it’s a sweet vanilla, a fresh bergamot, or salty sea water, these scents aren’t your grandma’s floral perfumes.

Plus, most of these fragrances are gender-neutral — meaning they’re an effortless blend of deep warm notes (masculine) and classically feminine ones. So, keep on scrolling to shop seven of our favorite luxury Latine-owned fragrances we highly recommend. And who knows? You just might find a new signature scent that’s ethically produced, inspired by Latine culture, and that transcends the season.

1

DedCool

One of my personal favorite brands, DedCool is a genderless, non-toxic, and vegan fragrance brand that was founded by Chilean-Italian-American Carina Chaz. And its newest spring release, Sunlit Blooms, will remind you of a sweet summer day spent in your favorite botanical garden. It features sustainably-made notes of orange blossoms, white florals, and delicious salty vanilla.

2

House of Bō

House of Bō is a luxury, hand-made fragrance brand, which was founded by Bernardo Möller, who is Italian-American and German-Mexican. LA MAR — which features a white quartz cap — will be your new signature fragrance if you adore the beach, with its notes of Arabian jasmine, sea water, Mexican gardenias, coconut, and pink pepper.

3

Ceremonia

Obsessed with haircare brand Ceremonia’s signature scent? No need to go overboard on the leave-in conditioner! Perfume de la Tierra is a soft woody scent that will inspire nostalgia with its notes of bergamot, South American Tonka Bean, pink pepper, violet, peach, and driftwood.

4

Arquiste

Inspired by the floral offerings made at Aztec Mexican temples, Flor Y Canto by Arquiste is an intoxicating white floral scent with a base of copal incense with notes of five native Mexican flowers: magnolia grandiflora, tuberose, plumeria, wild acacia, and marigold.

5

Carolina Herrera

The fresh floral scent of Good Girl Blush is the newest fragrance by Carolina Herrera, and features notes of Italian bergamot, mandarin, ylang-ylang, peony, and vanilla. And of course, it’s all housed in the brand’s iconic heel but, this time, it’s pink!

6

EAUSO VERT

EAUSO VERT is a conscious luxury fragrance brand co-founded by Tanya Gonzalez, and its bestselling scent is Purple Noon. The sunset-inspired Eau De Parfum is cruelty-free and vegan with notes of tuberose, geranium, Moroccan orangeflower, vanilla, and musk.

7

Xinú

Founded by Veronica Peña and Ignacio Cadena, and Héctor Esrawe, Xinú is a Mexican brand that handcrafts luxury scents that celebrate botany from all across the Americas. Monstera, its fourth fragrance, features notes of white datura, torito orchid, moss, and, of course, monstera.
