If you’ve faithfully watched cooking competitions in the last decade, then you’re likely familiar with Aarón Sánchez, the tattoed Mexican-American chef. After being featured in a series of Food Network shows, including Chefs vs. City and Throwdown with Bobby Flay, before he became a frequent guest judge on Chopped, where he earned a reputation for telling plenty of chefs that they were, in fact, not making mole. Now, he’s a judge on Masterchef and Masterchef Junior, where he continues to represent his culture, but if you’re looking for more Aarón Sánchez content, may we suggest checking out his Instagram.
Sánchez is an active Insta user, and the platform is a great way to keep up with the chef. Here are a few reasons you should already be following him.

If you love looking at old photos, then you’ll be delighted with Aarón’s feed.
He’s even taken the time to talk about what some of his tats represent.
