Spend some time on Rihanna’s Instagram, and you’re bound to see short videos and images of Jenn Rosales, her right-hand woman. Whether Jenn is see-sawing or sharing a laugh with one of the world’s biggest pop stars, she undoubtedly has one of the best jobs in the world. Though outlets have described her as both Rih’s manager and assistant, she calls herself a Project Manager at Fenty Corp. Since 2007 – right around the beginning of Rihanna’s career – she has worked with Rih, and has seen Robyn Fenty through her every transformation.
Though Jenn is often in the background, over the years, we’ve learned bits and pieces about the woman who has played an important part in Rihanna’s journey. Below, meet Rosales.
As her Instagram account simply states, Jenn is a “Mexicana y Tica living in the 818 California.” She occasionally posts stuff about her culture. For example, for one birthday, her parents surprised her with mariachis, which she shared with her thousands of followers.
Her boxer, Emjay, is her first baby. Throughout the years, she’s shared images of her dog sunning, hanging out in PJs, and napping.
She recently welcomed a son, who she posts about occasionally on her Instagram account.

In 2015, she married her longtime boyfriend, and Rihanna was one of her bridesmaids. At the Hawaii-based wedding, all of Jenn’s friends wore purple-hued dresses, with Rihanna opting for a lilac gown.
Naturally, as someone who spends a lot of time with Rihanna, Jenn shares in all the big and small moments in her life. And she sometimes lets us in on those times via her Instagram.
