10 Short Films on Our Radar — Thanks to This Festival

Xochitl Gomez in Hive, one of the short films at Nvision Film Festival

The NVISION Latino Film & Music Festival, which celebrates Latine creatives, will take place on October 10-12 in Palm Springs, CA. The festival, whose mission is to provide a platform for discovering and exhibiting innovative work in film, music, the arts, and technology, will feature a diverse lineup of films as well as conferences and panels to attend, including “Becoming a Multi-Hyphenate,” which Remezcla has partnered with the festival to present.

But the short film category is especially interesting. Including 35 short films, the category will highlight diverse genres and artists with very different ideas. As we look forward to the festival, here are 10 short films worth checking out at the NVISION Latino Film & Music Festival.
