Ingredients:
1.5 Parts Hornitos Cristalino Reserve Tequila
1 Parts Pineapple Juice
.5 Parts Lime Juice
3 Parts Horchata Mix
Garnish:
Pineapple Wedge or Fronds, Star Anise, Grated Cinnamon
Directions:
Pour pulverized green rock sugar, kosher salt and a cinnamon & pulverized red sugar blend onto separate areas of a plate. Coat half of the cocktail glass rim with lime juice. Divide that coated half into three equal sections, then dip each section into one of the three mixtures to create distinct stripes. Set aside. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

In a highball glass, add ice and build the drink. Add Dolin Blanc Vermouth (or other light-fortified wine) and grapefruit juice. Top with Badger Bevs Tonic Water. Garnish with a manicured grapefruit wedge.
Full Play Swizzle
It has ginger in it, of course, Mom will love this Full Play Swizzle with Badger Ginger Beer, so make sure to make it for her on May 10th.
In a tall glass (12 oz), fill the bottom with 10 or so fresh mint leaves. Lightly push the mint down by tapping the leaves with a muddler or spoon so they release aroma and compact down into the base of the glass. Do not muddle or tear the leaves as they will become bitter. Pour the other ingredients into the glass, except for Badger. Fill the glass 2/3 with pebble ice and swizzle the liquid for about 10 seconds with a swizzle stick or mixing spoon. Pour Badger Ginger Beer, add more pebble ice to the glass, top with bitters. Then, garnish with mint and top with more ice as needed but do not let liquid overflow from the glass.

Add mezcal, lime juice, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and absinthe to a cocktail shaker. Add a small scoop of crushed ice (or a few standard ice cubes) and whip-shake hard for 8–12 seconds until the shaker is very cold and the mixture looks lightly frothy. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Pour the shaken mixture over the crushed ice. Top with more crushed ice if needed to mound slightly.

Glenfiddich Sherry Sour
