According to this year’s 50 Best Restaurants List – aka the who’s who of the culinary world – French cuisine is tops. Though, the The Diners Club International’s rankings are generally criticized for favoring European fare, Latin America is solidly represented on this year’s list. Only a handful of Latin American countries made the cut, but Peru (with two restaurants in the top 10) had another exceptional year. Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia are also represented on the list.
