Apparently, everyone’s hitting up the club for Sech’s “Otro Trago,” which crowns Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart for another week. The Panamanian singer-songwriter is putting his country back on the map as a power in reggaeton music with the success of the soulful club banger.

Sech, whose full name is Carlos Isaías Morales Williams, kicked off this decade as one-half the production duo El Combo de Oro. He worked behind the scenes in the world of música urbana for a bit, but fortunately, he got the itch to go solo in 2017. The single that followed, “Miss Lonely,” generated buzz for the singer. In April, Sech realized his dreams as an artist with the release of his debut album, fittingly titled Sueños.

Sech released a few songs leading up to Sueños, but the one that has really taken off is “Otro Trago,” which features Puerto Rican rapper Darell. After momentarily losing the top spot to Dady Yankee, Anuel Aa, J Balvin, Ozuna and Karol G’s “China,” Sech went on to overtake those reggaeton power players and reclaimed the No. 1 spot. “Otro Trago” also impressively broke through the top 40 of Billboard’s all-genre Hot 100 chart with a No. 34 peak.

Sech is becoming the name to know in música urbana and a number of superstars have already collaborated with him, including Maluma, Nicky Jam, Feid and Ozuna. When that “Otro Trago” runs empty, here are more Sech’s songs to check out.

1

"Que Mas Pues"

After releasing “Que Mas Pues” last year with Justin Quiles, Sech dropped a star-packed remix this year with the addition of Maluma, Nicky Jam, Farruko, Dalex, and Lenny Tavárez. Sech’s soulful voice stands out and gives the stacked collaboration that sensual touch. “Que Mas Pues” is the perfect soundtrack for when that “wyd?” text message hits around 3 a.m.

2

"Instinto Natural"

Sech features on Maluma’s song “Instinto Natural” from his 11:11 album. On the slinky track, the two let their loved ones know that if they slip up in the relationship, it’s nothing personal. They insist if anything happens that it’s a natural instinct. A wild idea like that is a hard sell, but Maluma and Sech pitch it well with their charming performances. The players know how to play the game. Let’s just hope they’re as understanding if the tables are ever turned on them.

3

"Bailemos"

After featuring on Sech’s Sueños album, rising Colombian reggaetonero Manuel Turizo got Sech to return the favor. Sech features on “Bailemos” from Turizo’s debut album ADN. Backed by spirited Spanish guitar and rhythmic beats, Turizo and Sech take turns trying to win over the woman of their dreams on the dance floor. They both promise an evening ahead of dancing the night away. The two are simply irresistible on this alluring love song.

4

"Solita"

Sech teams up with legendary Puerto Rican duo Zion y Lennox on “Solita.” They try to cheer up a woman who’s neglected by her boyfriend. Sech and Zion y Lennox swoop are there to give her beautiful compliments. Farruko also features on this song and puts in his slick two cents. This tropical bop is empowering, endearing, and refreshing.

5

"Atrévete"

Two of reggaeton music’s most romantic voices come together on “Atrévete.” Sech teams up with Nicky Jam as they try to win over the hearts of their co-workers. Jam flips burgers in a fast-food restaurant and Sech works at a dry cleaner. As expected, the guys woo the women and take them on a rooftop evening date. Nicky Jam and Sech are a dreamy duo on this sweet song.
