The line-up for the Sueños Festival in Chicago was revealed today (Jan. 31). The artists performing at the Latine music event include Becky G, Wisin y Yandel, Grupo Firme, and Ivy Queen.
Sueños Festival, Chicago’s largest Latine music festival, is returning on May 27 and 28 to Grant Park. The line-up includes pioneers, superstars, and rising artists in reggaeton and regional Mexican. This year’s festival will be headlined by Puerto Rican duo Wisin y Yandel and Colombian singer Feid. To show how the event is also inclusive of regional Mexican music, Grupo Firme is headlining the second night alongside Nicky Jam.
Wisin y Yandel are continuing their last run together as a duo. Last year, the guys released their final album La Última Misión. Moreover, 2022 was a breakthrough year for Feid. Thanks to Feliz Cumpleaños Ferxxo Te Pirateamos El Álbum, he has become one of the most-streamed artists from Colombia on Spotify. And Grupo Firme continues to tour—and fill—stadiums across the U.S.
On Saturday night (May 27), reggaeton icons Arcángel, Chencho Corleone, and Ivy Queen will be performing. Rising stars in the genre who are hitting the stage that night include paopao and Yovngchimi. El Alfa will be bringing dembow from the Dominican Republic to Sueños Festival, while Gera MX will be representing the Mexican rap scene. DJ Gordo, DJ Miriam, and Sorry Papi will be spinning songs at the event.
On Sunday night (May 28), two artists performing at Coachella will be present: Mexican-American pop star Becky G and Puerto Rican rapper Eladio Carrión. Myke Towers will be hitting the stage, as well as rising Colombian artist Ryan Castro. Puerto Rico’s new wave of artists will be represented by Young Miko and Chanell. Mexican singer Junior H will also bring his sad boy corridos to the festival.
Early access tickets for Sueños Festival will go on-sale at 12pm CST/1pm EST this Thursday, Feb. 2. Fans can sign-up now at the festival’s official website here.
