Carin León, Banda El Recodo & More to Perform at 2023 Latin American Music Awards

Another round of performers for this year’s Latin American Music Awards was revealed. Today (Apr. 6), Banda El Recodo, Grupo Frontera, Carin León, Natti Natasha, and more were announced to hit the stage later this month.

The Latin AMAs are returning to Las Vegas on Apr. 20. Natti Natasha will host the show with Julian Gil and Galilea Montijo. She will be performing at the event as well. Natti is expected to premiere an upcoming new single live. Last week, she released the music video for “Algarete” on her official website. 

There will be plenty of regional Mexican music present at the awards. Banda El Recodo will pay homage to Pepe Aguilar with a performance of his song “Son Las Dos De La Mañana.” Carin León will also be a part of the tribute to Aguilar. León will also perform “Que Vuelvas” with Grupo Frontera for the first time on TV and his “Mil Maneras de Morir.” Grupo Frontera will sing their breakthrough hit “No Se Va.”

Spanish pop star David Bisbal will be honored with the Pioneer Award for his 20-year career trajectory. He will also perform a medley of his greatest hits. Mr. Worldwide himself, Pitbull, is performing at the event as well.

On the reggaeton side, Wisin will hit the stage with Anuel AA to perform their song “Mi Ex.” He will also sing “Tu Recuerdo” alongside Argentine pop star Emilia. Anuel AA will also sing “Más Rica Que Ayer” with DJ Luian and Mambo Kingz. Rising Puerto Rican singer Chesca will perform her song “Easy” with Dalex for the first time on TV.

Bad Bunny is the most-nominated artist of the year with 11 nominations. The awards will air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Apr. 20 at 7 p.m. ET on Univision, UniMás, and Galavisión.
