Another year, another Coachella full of Latine talent. Not only did fans enjoy the artists from our communities on the festival’s bill, but they were also treated to surprise guests who appeared throughout the weekend. Here’s who represented our cultures during the festival’s first weekend that took place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA, from Apr. 12 to 14.

Latine artists took over Friday (Apr. 12). Special guests that day included none other than Shakira during Bizarrap’s set. The talented artists presented their two collaborations together, including the first ever performance of “La Fuerte” from Shak’s newest album Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran. She also announced official news for her upcoming world tour, which she shared will start in November

Peso Pluma shared his Coachella moment with colleagues like Becky G for their duet “Chanel,” Junior H for “El Azul,” and Arcángel for their newest song “Peso Completo.” He also invited Santa Fe Klan for “No Son Klle.”
