Edén Muñoz is teaming up with SiriusXM and Pandora to put on a free concert. The Mexican superstar will perform in Los Angeles, CA, this week.

Muñoz is enjoying a successful music career as an artist and a songwriter. Among the hits he has co-written for other artists are “Qué Agonía” by Yuridia and Ángela Aguilar, Banda MS’ “Cerrando Ciclos,” and “Mi Mujer Perfecta” by Alex Fernández. While Muñoz was in Calibre 50, he also wrote most of the band’s biggest songs.

Last year, Muñoz left Calibre 50 to pursue a solo career. Under his own name, he has scored many hits in regional Mexican music, especially in the banda and norteño genres. His most well-known songs include songs like “Ya Me Está Yendo Bien” and “Chale.”

In honor of SiriusXM and Pandora’s RMX station, the singer-songwriter is teaming up with them. The RMX station highlights the best in regional Mexican music, including the music of Muñoz. The event is being called a “Free Celebration of Música Mexicana.” The free concert will take place at Academy LA on May 25. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. PST. Fans can RSVP for free at the link here.

Muñoz’s concert with SiriusXM and Pandora will take place before his U.S. tour. His Consejos Gratis Tour begins on Aug. 25 at Kings Theater in Brooklyn, NY. The 14-date tour will wrap up on Nov. 11 in Irving, TX. VIP packages are also available where fans can purchase a meet-and-greet to take a photo with the singer-sogwriter.

The tour is named after Muñoz’s breakthrough album Consejos Gratis. Last week, one of the songs he wrote made global headlines. While on tour in Mexico City, Alicia Keys performed the hit “Qué Agonía” with Ángela Aguilar. The two artists also performed Keys’ song “Looking For Paradise.”
