Could Peso Pluma be working on new music with Feid and J Balvin’s hit producer? Last night (June 27), Sky Rompiendo revealed he was in the recording studio with the Mexican superstar.

Sky Rompiendo is the producer behind J Balvin’s success. The Colombian hit-maker produced his biggest songs like “Ginza,” “La Canción” with Bad Bunny, and “Con Altura” with Rosalía and El Guincho. Sky Rompiendo is now helping guide another Colombian reggaeton singer to the top, Feid. He has co-produced the rising star’s hits like “Hey Mor” with Ozuna, “Normal,” and “Si Te La Encuentras Por Ahí.” It looks like regional Mexican music will be the next frontier for Sky Rompiendo.

On his Twitter account, Sky Rompiendo shared a photo from the recording studio. He can be seen next to Peso Pluma, who appears to be in the middle of recording a song with him. “That’s all,” Sky Rompiendo wrote in Spanish. “Mr P laying it down.”

Peso Pluma branched out of Mexican corridos this year when he teamed up with Yng Lvcas for the remix of “La Bebé.” The song marked his first time exploring the reggaeton genre. It’s become the biggest reggaeton hit on a global level by Mexican artists. It appears that Peso Pluma could come through with another perreo banger alongside the Colombian producer.

Sky Rompiendo and Peso Pluma’s fans are here for a potential collaboration. “Bro sky and peso pluma is legendary. Killing it!” wrote one person on Twitter in Spanish. “Two of my favorite artists on one song, Sky Rompiendo El Bajoooooooo,” another person wrote.

Sky Rompiendo has also released music as an artist. Earlier this month, he dropped the song “El Cielo” featuring Feid and Myke Towers. The collaboration became his first song to appear on Billboard as an artist when it debuted at No. 34 on the Hot Latin Songs chart.
