As music events around the world have come to a halt due to COVID-19, longstanding NYC staple LAMC is keeping its flame alive, and for its 2020 edition it’s coming closer to you than ever before. Now taking place on June 9-13, the Latin Alternative Music Conference is moving the entirety of its program online, which means artists, music fans and industry people will be able to participate in digital panels, interactive workshops, Q&As, virtual showcases and networking opportunities from the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Sympathetic to the economic challenges the music industry and its members are currently facing as a result of the pandemic, LAMC’s organizers and sponsors are making this year’s activities completely free for everyone to join in.

This year, LAMC is also partnering up with Amazon Music to present Wonder Women of Latin Music, a celebration of women making positive change in the music industry. The initiative includes awards and a special panel discussion on the topic.

Don’t miss LAMC on June 9-13. Additional information regarding schedules will be available shortly.
