Natalia Lafourcade is coming back to the U.S. The iconic Mexican singer-songwriter revealed her highly-anticipated “Cancionera Tour” today (Feb. 3). The new North American tour will kick off at the Morgan and Bill Winspear Opera House in Dallas, TX, on May 30 and wrap up at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami, FL, on Oct. 25. This marks Lafourcade’s most extensive tour since 2018.
“I’ve been dreaming for a while of returning to the stage in a different way, perhaps more intimate or closer to my audience,” Lafourcade said in a press statement. “My wish is to share the intimacy I experience with my songs in my room. In my home, in my personal universe, or in my own imagination.”
After performing in Dallas, TX, she will continue her tour in McAllen, TX (June 3); Austin, TX (June 5); Houston, TX (June 7); Denver, CO (June 10); and Kansas City, MO (June 12). She will then perform at venues in Chicago, IL (June 14); Newark, NJ (June 19); Boston, MA (June 21); Montreal, QC (June 26); and Las Vegas, NV (Sept. 13).
The tour’s latter half starts in San Jose, CA (Sept. 20). It continues in Seattle, WA (Sept. 25); Washington, DC (Oct. 17); and Atlanta, GA (Oct. 19). The last couple of shows will be in Orlando, FL (Oct. 23); and Miami, FL (Oct. 25).

The new tour will showcase new arrangements of Lafourcade’s classic hits and new songs, per the press release. Based on this detail alone, we can expect her to sing popular hits like “Hasta la Raíz,” “Nunce Es Suficiente,“ and “Amarte Duele.“ The tour comes after the singer-songwriter won a Latin Grammy for Best Pop/Rock Song for “Cinco Horas Menos“ with Conociendo Rusia.
