Bad Bunny isn’t the only one tired of cell phones in their personal space. Last night (Mar. 16), Rauw Alejandro was hit on the head by a mobile device amid performing on stage at the TD Garden in Boston, MA.

During the live performance, someone from the audience threw a cell phone at the stage, which struck Rauw’s head. After being hit, recorded videos show that Rauw throws the cell phone in a different direction. He tells his audience: “From the bottom of my heart and with all due respect, I would like to ask you to be careful with what you are throwing on the stage.”

After the show, he took the serious matter online. “S/O to the one who threw the cell phone,” Rauw posted on his Instagram stories with multiple middle finger emojis. He also wrote, “Bro wtf???? What’s the point of throwing things on stage?????”

He continued, “The whole dance team is here, and me with all the good energy to give them the best show!!!! They can cause a bad accident. I ask for more calm and consideration for all the fans.” He wrapped up his comments by saying that what’s only allowed to be thrown on stage are “PANTIES Y BRASIERES [panties and bras],” and thanked his fans for all the love he received that night.

Fans are alarmed about the situation. A Twitter user wrote, “Rauw Alejandro dislocated his shoulder in the first show and yesterday he was hit with a cell phone. The poor guy’s only thing he’s picked up on this tour are bruises.” Another social media user said, “F*CK people’s bad habit with cell phones… first Bad Bunny now Rauw Alejandro puñeta stop the stupidity… 😡 it’s disrespectful PERIOD!”

Rauw is currently on his Saturno World Tour. He continues his U.S. leg tomorrow (Mar. 18) at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC. Apart from this tour with the Jabbawockeez, the Puerto Rican hitmaker will release a three-track joint EP titled RR with Rosalía on Mar. 24.
