“Blinding Lights” was released a year ago as the second single from The Weeknd’s top-selling album After Hours. On the single’s first anniversary, Billboard revealed this week “Blinding Lights” at No. 1 on the year-end Hot 100 chart of 2020.

On the new “Blinding Lights” remix, the Canadian superstar joins forces with the Spanish singer This is the second time in weeks that The Weeknd has dabbled in Spanish music following his participation on Maluma’s “Hawaí” remix. Rosalía’s hypnotic voice adds another dimension to the dazzling track.

The Weeknd and Rosalía share cozy moments in the lyric video. This year she has been hard at work at the follow-up to her breakthrough album El Mal Querer. In the meanwhile, Rosalía joined Venezuelan artist Arca on “KLK” and jumped on Sech’s all-star remix of “Relación” with Daddy Yankee, J Balvin, and Farruko.
