Bad Gyal and Myke Towers are turning up the heat just in time for summer. On July 6, the two artists dropped “Mi Lova,” a bachata-inspired reggaeton track, part of the Spanish singer’s upcoming album.

“Myke and I recorded ‘Mi Lova’ last year in Madrid, and I am very happy to be able to release it so everyone can dance to it this summer,” Bad Gyal said in a press statement. “It’s one of my favorite songs from ‘La Joia,’ my first album, which will finally be released at the end of this year. I hope you like the song and the video we shot in Las Vegas a few months ago.”

Directed by John Tashiro and Cam Erickson, the music video follows Bad Gyal as she enjoys her time in the infamous Sin City. Frames show her in a two-piece bathing suit paired with a white cowboy hat. Another shot shows her driving down the iconic Las Vegas Strip. Other visuals feature Towers laying down his verses about a tempting lover on a rooftop with Las Vegas’ signature hotels in the background. Together, they trade alluring verses about being infatuated with each other.

Social media users are praising the new collaboration. A YouTube user, gregue_3813, commented: “Amazing how Bad Gyal is climbing in the music industry and collaborating with more and more major artists, I follow her since her beginning and it’s amazing how far she has progressed 🥹❤️.” Another YouTube user, nerojoseph6944, wrote: “IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.”

Other than this new joint track, Bad Gyal also released the “Chulo Pt. 2” remix with Tokischa and Young Miko. On the other hand, Towers is preparing himself for his 21-city La Vida Es Una Tour, kicking off on Oct. 8 in Chicago, IL.
