Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner have taken their relationship to the next level by making it Instagram official, and they did it in style with a Gucci campaign. Despite being spotted together at various events in the last few months, from basketball games to a Drake concert, they had never directly posted each other or shared in an official capacity on social media.
The official Gucci account was the first to post the couple together with a video featuring the two running through an airport, both adorned with Gucci luggage and matching outfits. The caption read, “Adventures await. Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner in the new Gucci Valigeria campaign featuring the heritage-infused Gucci Savoy collection.”‘
Benito posted their campaign photo together on his Instagram story, while Jenner shared an in-feed photo of her solo shot in the campaign in collaboration with Gucci’s account.
While the campaign doesn’t explicitly label them as a couple, coming together publicly for a renowned brand strongly suggests that their relationship has reached a new level of official.
The only glimpse we’ve gotten of them on their social media was the background voice in one clip of Bad Bunny’s viral Instagram Story dump from August. In a video that shows Benito hiking, you hear Jenner in the background, excited to discover a chipmunk on the trail. “Mami, be careful,” he tells Jenner as she reaches down to get closer to the critter. She asks him if he’s concerned about rabies. “The mosquitos,” he answers.
This campaign comes at the helm of rumors that the Puerto Rican superstar is releasing an album soon, as claimed by Vanity Fair. Bad Bunny questioned the claim on his new WhatsApp chat but didn’t necessarily deny it. However, he released a new song last month titled “Un Preview,” meant to serve as a preview of what’s coming next year, according to the artist.
With this campaign now out, we wonder if the two will post each other on social media. We’ll have to wait and see.
