Every year, gamers interested in the NBA2K franchise always anticipate which NBA player will grace the cover of the next version of the game. For the 2023 edition, NBA2K23, the cover will feature Phoenix Suns shooting guard Devin Booker.

NBA2K23 will also feature a Michael Jordan edition of the game with the Chicago Bulls legend on his cover, and a WNBA version with Phoenix Mercury guard Diana Taurasi and Seattle Storm point guard Sue Bird on their cover. Taurasi is of Argentine descent.

Online, Booker posted an image of the video game cover, and although excited, seemed to be at a loss for words. ā€œAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH,ā€ he wrote.

Even Bookerā€™s girlfriend (?) Kendall Jenner posted her support for the gaming honor. Last week, media outlets reported that Booker and Jenner had ended their two-year relationship, but the couple seems to be back on track this week.

Despite some relationship woes, overall, Booker has had a fantastic week. Along with his video game fame, the NBA All-Star signed a six-year extension with Nike and a four-year, $224 million supermax contract extension with the Suns.

The Suns ended their 2021-2022 season with the best record in the league but were bounced from the playoffs in the second round by the Dallas Mavericks. Still, with Booker coming back next season and some rumors that one of the best players in the NBA might want to join him in Phoenix, Devin Booker could be on the verge of a very exciting year.
