Rapper Anuel AA is continuing to remove all signs of his ex-fiancée Karol G from his life now that he’s started a new relationship and is apparently engaged.
Footage of Anuel sitting in the chair of a tattoo artist was recently posted on Instagram with the rapper sharing a cheesy grin as he gets some of his ink reworked. The post includes a comment that says Anuel is planning on covering the tattoo on his back that features him and Karol.
Last month, Anuel started purging Karol from his public life when he removed all the photos of her from his Instagram account. This happened a few weeks after he was seen hanging out with rapper Yailin La Más Viral.
Now that Anuel and Yailin are engaged (assuming he didn’t propose to her as part of a publicity stunt for their first music collaboration, which they plan to debut on February 14), it looks like Anuel is making sure there’s no doubt in anyone’s mind that he’s over his ex.
Based on the size of Anuel’s Karol tattoo, it’s not going to be an easy job to cover up. The image features him and Karol wearing sunglasses and open-mouth kissing. It takes up most of Anuel’s back, so it’s definitely going to need some TLC from an ink master who has some time to strategically place images to hide the gaudy portrait.
Anuel AA’s back tattoo isn’t the only one that will remind him of his ex. Unless he’s already had them covered up, he also has Karol G’s birthname “Carolina” tattooed on his body in two places – on his left hand and on his right wrist. With all that ink, we’re not sure where the name “Yailin” is going to fit.
