Bad Bunny is returning to the Saturday Night Live stage next month. The Puerto Rican superstar will appear once again as a musical guest with host Scarlett Johansson.
Bad Bunny has made many appearances on SNL this year as part of the show’s 50th anniversary celebrations. In February, he performed as part of the “Homecoming Concert” in New York City. In addition to belting out his hits “BAILE INoLVIDABLE” and “DtMF,” Bad Bunny joined a Lonely Island medley. He performed “I Just Had Sex” with T-Pain, Lady Gaga, and Andy Samberg.
Bad Bunny returned a few days later for the SNL 50th anniversary special. He joined the universe of Marcello Hernández’s Domingo character. In a sketch, Bad Bunny played Santiago, Domingo’s “hot brother.” They were joined by their older brother Ronaldo, who was played by The Last of Us star Pedro Pascal, and Sabrina Carpenter. Now the Puerto Rican superstar is scheduled to appear on SNL again.
SNL revealed the line-up for the final three shows of season 50. Bad Bunny will serve as the musical guest for the last episode on May 17. Johansson, who is married to cast member Colin Jost, will host the episode. Given Bad Bunny’s history with SNL, there’s a good chance that he will do more than singing on the sketch comedy show.

Bad Bunny first appeared on SNL in 2020 as part of the “Live at Home” special. A year later, he was a musical guest for the first time while also appearing in the “Loco” and “Sea Shanty” sketches. In 2023, Bad Bunny pulled double duty as both a first-time host and a musical guest. In his upcoming appearance, he will probably perform two songs from his blockbuster album DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS.
Satuday Night Live airs on NBC.
