There’s good news for fans of the Latine franchises of RuPaul’s Drag Race! Both Drag Race México and Drag Race Brasil will return for new seasons.

The first season of Drag Race México aired last year with Cristian Peralta taking the crown. The Mexican franchise that’s now hosted by Lolita Banana and Taiga Brava has made a bigger splash with its second season. According to WOW Presents Plus, viewership for the latest season has increased by 40 percent over the first.

Though Eva Blunt, Horacio Potasio, Leexa Fox, and Jenary Bloom will find out tonight who will become “Mexico’s Next Drag Superstar,” the series has already been renewed for a third season.

“The dream of Drag Race México has been a long time coming,” World of Wonder co-founders Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato shared in a statement. “Fans lobbied hard for years, and when the show launched, their support and engagement was total euphoria. The artists in the show and the audience’s love for them embody everything Drag Race should be. After the runaway success of Seasons 1 and 2, we are thrilled to announce Season 3. Through their bedazzling creativity and diverse talents, the queens of Mexico serve a feast of pure joy.”

Another Latine franchise of RuPaul’s Drag Race that premiered last year was Drag Race Brasil. After Organzza was crowned “Brasil’s Next Drag Superstar,” the franchise appeared to go on a hiatus this year. The second season has officially been confirmed with casting now open.

Season one runner-up Miranda Lebrão became the latest queen eliminated from RuPaul’s Drag Race Global All Stars. She finished the spin-off in eleventh place.

Gala Varo, who was a runner-up on the first season of Drag Race México, is still in the running for the title of “Queen of the Mother-Tucking World.” There’s also a chance her drag daughter Horacio Potasio could snatch the next Drag Race México crown.
