Bridgerton Season 4 is almost here, and the show has just announced the classical covers for Season 4, Episode 1, with a familiar face making a return. That’s right, we are getting another Pitbull song in Season 4, this time the Usher song ft. Pitbull “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love.”
The singer previously was part of a pivotal carriage scene in Bridgerton Season 3 with “Give Me Everything,” featuring Ne-Yo, Afrojack, and Nayer. The show has become famous for its instrumental covers of famous songs, with songs from Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy” to Ariana Grande’s “Thank U, Next,” and Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams.” Pitbull is the first Latine singer to be featured twice.
After that particular moment – Polin’s first sex scene, Pitbull song included – went viral, Pitbull responded, saying, “This again shows the world how music is the international language that transcends over boundaries more so how a hit song can remain timeless,” he wrote on his social media. “Thank you @bridgertonnetflix and @netflix for the opportunity, Dale! @neyo @afrojack.”
There’s been no announcement of what scene, exactly, this new Pitbull song will be heard during Season 4.
The new season follows the second-oldest of the Bridgerton family, Benedict, who has always refused to conform to societal expectations, but who finds himself falling for a mysterious figure at his mother’s masquerade ball. Can Benedict find love with his lady in silver? Or, will he find that sometimes love can be found in the unlikeliest of places?
Bridgerton Season 4 returns to Netflix in two parts, with Part 1 available to stream on January 29th and Part 2 available on February 26.
