Cardi B Launches New Flavor of Whipshots for Valentine’s Day

Cardi B is getting into the Valentine’s Day spirit with the release of a new flavor of Whipshots, her vodka-infused whipped cream brand. Whipshots has now introduced a strawberry flavor to its lineup for a limited time.

“Our fans have been begging us to drop Strawberry Whipshots since day one, and we’re going big with the launch of our most requested flavor,” Dave Dreyer, CMO of Starco Brands, said in a statement. “From brand new flavors to nationwide partnerships, Whipshots is giving consumers a whole lot to love this Valentine’s Day.”

The debut of a strawberry flavor comes at the same time as the brand begins a new partnership with Museum of Ice Cream, which will serve Whipshots as a topping at its three U.S. locations – Austin, Chicago, and New York – starting on February 9.

“This collaboration promises to infuse our locations with a burst of creativity, allowing guests to immerse themselves in exclusive, tasty drinks co-crafted with Whipshots and Cardi B, ensuring a truly enjoyable and unique experience for everyone who walks through our doors,” Erin Levzow, Chief Marketing Officer at Museum of Ice Cream, said in a statement.

Cardi B launched Whipshots in late 2021. It originally came in three flavors – vanilla, caramel, and mocha. Since then, it has had limited releases of peppermint, pumpkin spice, and lime flavors. And the brand has sold over four million cans in more than two years and is now available in 39 states and D.C.

Late last year, Cardi B partnered with legendary singer Patti LaBelle for the Christmas season by combining LaBelle’s sweet potato pies from her brand, Patti’s Good Life, with dollops of Cardi B’s delicious dessert topping.
