A TikTok trend around Bad Bunny’s new album DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS has the music artist in tears. He posted a video of himself reacting to the videos remembering their lost loved ones with the song “DtMF.”

The song “DtMF,” comes off Bad Bunny’s newest album of the same name, DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS (translated as “I Should’ve Taken More Photos”). In this heartfelt, nostalgic ballad, Bad Bunny reflects on missed opportunities, singing, “I should’ve taken more pictures when I had you / I should’ve given you more kisses and hugs whenever I could.” These lyrics have seemingly resonated with fans, sparking a viral trend on TikTok. Users have been creating emotional compilation videos featuring cherished moments with loved ones—grandparents, pets, and loved ones they’ve lost—highlighting the photos and videos they did manage to capture while expressing a bittersweet longing for more.

The song has become a heartfelt soundtrack for remembering late loved ones, with hundreds of thousands of tribute videos now shared on TikTok. It seems that Bad Bunny himself noticed the trend and shared his emotional reaction on TikTok. In the clip, tears well up in his eyes before he begins to cry, seemingly moved by the videos he’s seeing.

“DtMF” is currently the most-streamed song from Bad Bunny’s DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS album. Over on Spotify, “DtMF” sits at No. 5 on the Top 50 Global chart. His other songs “NUEVAYol,” “BAILE INoLVIDABLE,” “VOY A LLeVARTE PA PR,” and “VeLDÁ” featuring Dei V and Omar Courtz are also among the chart’s top 10 hits.

In the coming days, Bad Bunny will perform on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday, Jan. 13. He is also billed as Jimmy Fallon’s co-host, so it seems that Bad Bunny will do much more than singing that day.
