We have more details about the upcoming “Barbie” soundtrack. On May 25, it was unveiled that the film’s soundtrack, BARBIE: THE ALBUM, will feature music by Latine talent Karol G and Ice Spice. The film and album will be out on July 21.

Per Apple Music, Karol G’s track is titled “WATITI” and features the Panamanian musician Aldo Ranks. As for Ice Spice’s collab, she and Nicki are joining forces once again on a new version of “Barbie World” with Aqua. This follows the duo’s last collaboration on Ice’s “Princess Diana” remix.

Other big names included in the project include Dua Lipa, Charli XCX, Fifty Fifty, Gayle, HAIM, and Kali. It will also have tracks by Khalid, Lizzo, Nicki Minaj, Dominic Fike, Ava Max, PinkPantheress, Tame Impala, and The Kid Laroi. Another highlight on the track list is one of the film’s main stars, Ryan Gosling, who is starring as Ken.

We also know that Dua Lipa’s feature will be out soon. The English-Albanian singer’s upcoming track, “Dance The Night,” is set to be released this Friday (May 26) at midnight BST. Furthermore, Mark Ronson executively produced the entire album. According to Rolling Stone, more artists will be revealed as the blockbuster film’s release date gets closer.

“Barbie,” directed by the Oscar-nominated Greta Gerwig, will also feature Latine names in the acting side. The Honduran-American actress America Ferrera and Puerto Rican-American actress Ariana Greenblatt are part of the film’s cast.

Recently, Karol G graced the cover of ELLE magazine. The Colombian superstar also announced her Mañana Será Bonito Tour, kicking off at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV, on Aug. 11.

On the other hand, Ice Spice was just revealed as Taylor Swift’s next collaborator. Yesterday (May 24), Swift announced that the Dominican-American rapper is featured on the upcoming remix of her latest single, “Karma.” The remix will be out on Friday (May 26). Ice Spice will also be performing at The Governors Ball in June.
