Calibash is returning to Los Angeles, CA, next year with a new event for música mexicana fans. Today (Oct. 25), the line-up was revealed for the popular reggaeton concert and the new iteration, Calibash MX.

Calibash is an annual reggaeton music concert that takes place in January. Usually, the event is two days long, but they have shortened it to one day next year for good reason. Instead of a second day of reggaeton artists, SBS Entertainment, LaMusica, and Mega 96.3 FM will present the first-ever Calibash MX concert.

Billboard announced the line-up for the new iteration taking place on Saturday, Jan. 13. Mexican-American groups Yahritza y Su Esencia, Conexión Divina, and Grupo Frontera will be performing. Mexican artists Edgardo Nuñez and Yng Lvcas, known for his reggaeton hit “La Bebe” with Peso Pluma, will also be hitting the stage.

“Mexican music has taken global music charts by storm and our generation is breathing new life into some of the formats’ biggest subgenres,” Alessandra Alarcón, president of SBS Entertainment, shared in a statement. “The corrido-boom, as we like to call it, inspired us to grow the Calibash franchise with Calibash MX, a live concert that will showcase some of the hottest artists who are adding a unique and special twist to the different kinds of Mexican music.”

The Calibash reggaeton concert will occur the day before on Friday, Jan. 12. Both events will happen at the Crypto.com Arena. Colombian superstar Feid is headlining the concert with Puerto Rican icon Yandel. There’s a good chance they could perform their global hit “Yandel 150” together. Young Miko will also hit the stage that night, so Feid could join her to sing “Classy 101.”

Farruko, Prince Royce, Darell, and Maria Becerra round out the rest of the line-up. Tickets for Calibash and Calibash MX will go on sale this Friday, Oct. 27, at 7 a.m. PST.
